Have You Ever Wondered How to Gain Energy before Working Out?

What can I eat to gain more energy before working out?

I undergo an intense workout every day of the week and do not have enough energy to undergo them, which in my coach’s eyes, is unacceptable. Besides adequate sleep, what can I do/eat to gain energy? (not including fats and sugars, false energy products, etc)

Bananas are my fave, but really any kind of fresh fruit and nuts

I am talking about the natural ( No diet pills or surgery,etc.) hard working excercise way. What’s the most pounds can I lose in a week and in one month naturally and healthy?

If you really cut back on eating you can lose weight really fast, like maybe or ten pounds a week. It depends how much weight you have to lose to begin with. Fatter people who are used to eating a lot and not moving much lose a lot of weight easily at first. The less you have to lose the harder it is.
