How can I lose those last 5 pounds after hitting a plateau?

No matter what I try, I can’t seem to lose 5 pounds – I might lose 3 only to gain them back. Please help! I’ll try anything.

 

Cycle your calories and change your workout…within a few weeks you’ll budge that weight

Give yourself some high calorie days, up them by about 500 a few days a week, and then have one or two lower than average days and then the rest average days, next week change the days, you need to keep your body guessing

And if you’re used to the same workout routine change it up, add HIIT cardio if you havent done it or up your training days or start training if u havent before

also take CLA and lots of water

    HIIT is High Intensity Interval Training, google it and you can come up with dozens of workouts or go to bodybuilding.com and search HIIT, its amazing for fat burning, faster results than cardio alone

    CLA is Conjugated Linoleic Acid, its a natural supplement (NOT fat burner, that wont mess with your heart rate like caffiene and willowbark and ephedra) , studies have found its especially helpful with abdominal fat.   2. fat blockers. i find them great. some will totally block the fat while others block one third.

  3. keep doing what you are doing…stay off the scales…keep drinking water…think about judging your weight by the clothes you wear most often,,not the number..we change weight several times a day…
