For some reason I have been lazier than ever and the worst thing is I have my wedding this summer.
What can I do to gain energy and to lose 15 lbs. I want to start jogging but how can I start? How often should I jog? And is there something I can eat/take that will help me burn fat and gain energy??
Are you eating a lot of carbs (pasta, sugar, cereals, breads etc.)? Eat more protein (lean meats, fish, eggs, cheese) and vegetables.
I’ve found that eating protein curbs my hunger and gives me energy. The high carbohydrate foods will make you tired and sluggish and also make you crave food shortly after you have eaten.
