    I’m kind of in the same boat. Unfortunately, we all eventually reach our genetic limit. We are also dealing with father time as our bodies become less efficient. PLUS the fact that we’ve been lifting for years, our increases come in very small amounts but only after tremendous efforts. Increasing your calorie intake MAY help but it’s also going to increase your body fat levels. Believe me it’s frustrating although you sound in great shape!

    I’m going crazy about those last 5 (or 10 pounds) I mean I “just”have to eat LESS food, right? but by doing so I’m supossed to be anorexic, craaaazy!

    i have a little bit of fat on my belly and on my side and i have really hard abs. Its so HARD to get fid of this ive been trying 4 ages. wat can i do? i dnt eat 3 hours before sleep, exercise in everyday and i dnt eat take away or any junk food. I even eat raw eggs 4 protien and no change. im 14 by the way? :S

    1. Stop eating raw eggs 2. 30 mintues of walking every day OR 20 mintues of jogging 4-5days a week. 3. No soda, sweetened teas or juices. 4. No desserts (until you’ve lost the weight) 5. Eat when you’re hungry. 6. Don’t force food. Eating doesn’t get you into shape. Exercise does. 7. Eat as much fruit as you want when you need a snack.

    WATER! And stop drinking diet drinks or soda! Stop eating CHEESE.. Drink a tbsp of apple cider vinegar with a glass of water a few times a week.
