    whole food sources are better than protein shakes. You want protein… chicken, lean red meat, fish, nuts, beans, dairy. Protein shakes should be a last resort. It is a supplement because its meant to supplement the diet not be a major part of it. It may help you lose weight because your not eating a lot of calorie b/c of fruits and veggies but it is not the most nutritious diet. Dont listen to me. I just have a masters degree in nutrition. BTW healthy weight loss is .9 kg per week.

    2. Whey and any other non-real food products are crap. Eat real food…organic, natural, from God. The more man touches it, the less it is food.

    4. Ice water works a tiny bit. Fat burners are dangerous and temporary. Better to focus on eating well than stupid shortcuts.

    hi guys… there is a new weight loss programme going about 🙂 im usually happy being big but i am due to get married in a couple of months so i decided to challenge myself to be able to fit into a pair of 40″ trousers (still big i know) neways i got desperate and decided to give it a go and it worked…went a bit stupid at one point i was losing a lb a day so slowed it down a bit to keep on the safe side neways pm if you want to know the website cus i cant post links in a comment.. peace

    right now i am on a very strict one.
    i am only drinking water. about 12 16 Oz bottles a day.why i did this was because i wanted to clean my body of nasty toxins, it is also a journey for me.

    a liquid diet will shed pounds. you start to burn fat usually your third day on the diet. no sugary drinks. stick with fresh juice, protein shakes, and green tea(this will keep your metabolism going) you will burn lots of fat. but you have to maintain your weight after the diet so you do not gain it back.

    Really? My parents keep pushing diets and gym memberships at me, so I’ve always just umed that I’m chubby.
